Gertrude asked Rowland Eyre on her behalf to levy a fine on the
trustees of the as yet undivided estate of Humphrey de
Stafford.  Rowland was determined to receive the Manor of
Rowland, he eventually had to compensate the other participants
for Rowland keeping the
manor.
