Special letters of administration (with the will annexed) of all and singular the personal estate and effects of Emma Eyre (wife of Thomas Eyre) late of Poona in the presidency of Bombay in the East Indies deceased who died on or about 7 July 1842 at Poona aforesaid were granted at the Principal Registry to the said Thomas Eyre of Eyrecourt in the County of Galway in Ireland Lieutenant-Colonel in Her Majesty's Army the lawful husband and the sole executor named in the said will he having been first sworn.
