the personal estate and effects of Emma Eyre (wife of Thomas Eyre) late of Poona
in the presidency of Bombay in the East Indies deceased who died on or about 7
July 1842 at Poona aforesaid were granted at the Principal Registry to the said
Thomas Eyre of Eyrecourt in the County of Galway in Ireland Lieutenant-Colonel
in Her Majesty's Army the lawful husband and the sole executor named in the said
will he having been first sworn.
