In the grant of reversion of the land of Walkelin's widow
Alice, who remarried to Thomas Aloway c 1294, was settled on
Nicholas and his wife Amy. VCH Vol 7 p 182.
As Nicholas had no association with the said land , the
reversion must have been through his kinship with the Blounts.3,4
